We transformed this existing shell space into a modern clinical environment that seamlessly blends functionality with comfort to serve an oral & maxillofacial surgery center. Its features include multiple fully equipped surgical suites, a sterilization room designed for optimal workflow, an advanced imaging space, and an inviting waiting room. Medical-grade finishes, sound-attenuating materials, and integrated mechanical and electrical systems including backup power were implemented to meet stringent healthcare standards while ensuring long-term durability.
