The Bethesda Academy originally began as a colonial orphanage in 1740 and is still the oldest standing child-caring institution in the country. On this project, a new 30,000-square-foot school building was constructed to meld seamlessly into the nearly 300-year-old campus. In addition, the existing brick archway was heightened to accommodate taller vehicles as they are welcomed onto the stunning and timeless campus.
