The historic building located at 2400 Bull Street is a longstanding central figure in the area’s unique history and revitalization. Now known as Station 24, the 17,349-square-foot interior space saw a renovation, including suites ranging from 1,800 to 7,000 square feet, for a variety of uses including markets, art galleries, restaurants, bar, etc. It also included the addition of outdoor space for food and beverage tenants and a parking lot with approximately 50 spaces. It also is the home of Brochu’s Family Tradition restaurant, where Chicago native Andrew Brochu, a Michelin Rated, James Beard Award winning chef, takes on southern cuisine.
