The Shops at Sandfly
The Shops at Sandfly took place to expand and update already existing structures formally known as Norwood Shopping Center. The renovation and new construction allowed seven more tenants into the center with two new free-standing buildings. The out-parcel allowed three spaces in a 5,472-square-foot area and is now occupied by Great Harvest Bread Co.; Summer Home Furnishings, a gift, and accessories shop; and Savannah Power Yoga.
The other new structure will cover 3,202 square feet and be divided into four spaces. Cutters Point Coffee, a nail salon, and a Savannah-Chatham police substation.
JTVS Builders provided the construction for renovations and of the new parcels for Phase I and Phase II. The project was completed and opened to the public in June of 2013.
