The Forsyth Park Animal Hospital was an enriching project experience for our team. The hospital presented uniquely intriguing challenges with the building’s physical location and storied background. The business sits directly across from Savannah’s renowned gem, Forsyth Park and at the garden level of the Metts-McNeil House, a Victorian style mansion built at the turn of the century.

Our task was to renovate the space to support its utilization and existence as a nationally and internationally accredited veterinary clinic. The project encompassed the remodeling of critical areas, including multiple animal treatment rooms, x-ray room, laboratory, and the surgical suite.

Construction of the state-of-the-art facility and cosmetic updates were of chief importance, that paralleled directly with maintaining the building’s historical integrity, to be aesthetically pleasing and satisfy Historic Savannah requirements.
