The building that now houses Cotton & Rye was originally built in 1953 to house a bank. The building has seen many transformations over the years before the new restaurant revitalized the space. Construction consisted of renovating the existing space to house an indoor dining room, a commercial kitchen, and created an addition to allow for a covered deck for an outdoor dining area. We loved being part of creating what Cotton & Rye calls “an approachable, stylish, and unpretentious” space for any occasion.
