32 Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard

While the earliest record of the building located on this site dates back to 1860, continuous modifications over the years have left the original structure unsalvageable. Paying homage to its original history, Lynch Associate Architects, Tharpe Engineering Group, and JTVS Builders are working together towards a new, 10,000 square foot building complete with a ground level restaurant and multiple level residential units.

419 West Congress Street

The 419 West Congress conversion, the former Ampersand building, will present an expansion to a mixed-use historical building located in the heart of downtown Savannah. This revitalization will introduce an architectural “intervention” to the existing traditional masonry structure by adding a fourth floor. The newly elevated level will be constructed of framed steel flushed with wood and enclosed by vertical glass. Spanning from floor to roof, the vertical glass will become a distinctive yet muted feature, which will incorporate seamlessly into the canopy of downtown buildings. JTVS is proud to be apart of the incredible team bringing this to Savannah.
